After more than a decade of study, four transformative trips to India, and over 2,500 hours of advanced teacher training, Sierra Madré has built a body of work rooted in one truth: the body is the doorway to transformation. With certifications spanning yoga therapy, functional mobility, meditation, holistic psychology, and nutritional coaching, she has cultivated a multidimensional toolkit that empowers students to take their health—and their healing—into their own hands.
Her teaching style is not about imitation or memorization; it’s about embodiment. Through experiential learning, discussion, and hands-on practice, Sierra guides her students beyond the surface of movement into a space of deep inquiry where self-awareness becomes the true medicine. Whether through the precision of Iyengar alignment, the discipline of Ashtanga, or the fluidity of Vinyasa, her approach ensures that each practice becomes a mirror for inner growth.
As a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Energy Healer, she bridges the physical and the energetic, helping students move through layers of conditioning and reconnect with their innate vitality. Her background as a Fascial Stretch Therapist and INN Certified Health Coach gives her the ability to address the body holistically—integrating mobility, nutrition, and emotional intelligence into her sessions.
Sierra’s mission is to help others remember their own capacity to heal. She believes education is most powerful when it awakens the student’s inner teacher. By weaving together ancient wisdom and modern science, she creates learning experiences that are practical, transformative, and profoundly personal. Her work is not about creating copycats—it’s about creating leaders of their own lives, people who embody the truth that they themselves are their greatest medicine.
