A Facilitator Training for the Modern Mystic
An experiential, embodied training for those who feel the call to lead, teach, and heal — but don’t quite feel like they “fit the mold.”
This is for the sacred rebels, the shy kids stepping into leadership, the ones who need to feel it to believe it.
You’ll learn to use your story, your body, your breath, and your intuition as your tools.
This is not just a certification. It’s a homecoming. to the inner child that was brave enough to be themselves.
True leadership is really just giving people permission to see themselves and step into their power.
For the real ones. For the spark-bringers. For the ones who remember love.

Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India thousands of years ago, and it encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines. The word "yoga" comes from Sanskrit and means "to join" or "to unite," symbolizing the union of body and consciousness, as well as the connection between the individual self and the universal consciousness.
Physically, yoga involves performing a series of postures (asanas) and movements designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. These practices are often complemented by breathing exercises (pranayama) that enhance respiratory function and help control the energy flow within the body.
Mentally, yoga encourages mindfulness and concentration through meditation and relaxation techniques, which help calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity and emotional well-being.
Spiritually, yoga can be a personal journey of self-discovery, promoting a deeper understanding of oneself and one's place in the universe. For some, it is a way of living that incorporates ethical principles, dietary guidelines, and a dedication to personal growth.
Yoga has evolved into various styles and schools, each offering a unique approach and emphasizing different aspects of the practice. It is inclusive and adaptable, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Whether practiced as a physical exercise, a stress-relief technique, or a meditative path, yoga aims to create harmony in the practitioner's life and to foster a sense of peace and contentment.

Primarily we learn about the pysichal body as it is easiest to relate to. Utilizing postures, different ways of “flowing” (vinyasa vs. hatha, vs. yin, ext..) and the breath to simply steady the body in hopes of steadying the mind.
Progressing further, meditation practices invite us inward, allowing us to touch the realms of silence and stillness that reside within. This inward turning is complemented by the practice of kriyas, which are purifying rituals designed to cleanse not only the physical vessel but also to illuminate the subtle energies that animate us.
Through consistent and thoughtful practice, we embark on a transformative journey, gaining insight into the layers of our subtle bodies. Each technique weaves into the next, guiding us along a path paved with increased awareness, clarity, and spiritual fortitude. With dedication, we not only clear and invigorate these layers but also begin to experience the profound interconnectedness of our entire being—revealing the wholeness that is both our origin and our destination.

Sierra Madre
Equal parts wild woman and wise guide, I’ve walked the unconventional path — from shy girl to space holder, from sex work to sacred work. I’m not here to tell you how to be, I’m here to help you remember who you already are.
I lead with compassion, I teach from experience, and I believe that healing is our birthright — and yes, it can be raw, playful, and deeply sensual. If you’re looking for a teacher who feels like a best friend, a big sister, and a soft but direct mirror, you’re in the right place.
My toolkit includes:
200-hour Ashtanga Training (India)
200-hour Kundalini Training
500-hour Pranayama Mentorship
Fascial Stretch Therapy Certification (FST)
IIN Certified Holistic Health Coach
And perhaps most importantly — a lived devotion to truth, embodiment, and creating spaces that feel like home for the soul.
A facilitator with 14+ years of embodied experience.
I’m a 500-hour E-RYT yoga educator with over 1,400 hours of formal training across Ashtanga, Kundalini, Pranayama, and trauma-informed lineages. I’ve taught dozens of yoga teacher trainings, retreats, and transformational containers worldwide.
